Arts Council England works to get great art to everyone by championing, developing and investing in artistic experiences that enrich people’s lives. As the national development agency for the arts, they support a range of artistic activities from theatre to music, literature to dance, photography to digital art, carnival to crafts.

Responsible for investing public money from the government and the National Lottery, they create these experiences for as many people as possible across the country.
Creative Scotland is the new national leader for Scotland’s arts, screen and creative industries. It’s their job to help Scotland’s creativity shine through investment in talented people and exciting ideas.

They develop the creative industries and champion everything that’s good about Scottish creativity and are committed to investing in and developing the arts, screen and creative industries in Scotland and playing a lead role in promoting the value and importance of these to everyone.
The Arts Council of Wales is responsible for funding and developing the arts in Wales. They invest public funding  allocated by the Welsh Assembly Government and the National Lottery. They provide advice about the arts and are the national centre of a network of information and intelligence about the arts.

They raise the profile of the arts in Wales, are the national voice for the arts in Wales, making sure that people are fully aware of the quality, value and importance of the country’s arts.
The Arts Council is the lead development agency for the arts in Northern Ireland. The Council is committed to providing a high level of service to all its clients whether individual artists or arts organisations.

They are the main support for artists and arts organisations, offering a broad range of funding opportunities through Exchequer and National Lottery funding. Their mission is to place the arts at the heart of social, economic and creative life in Northern Ireland.
The Crafts Council's goal is to make the UK the best place to make, see, collect and learn about contemporary craft. As the national development agency for contemporary craft, they work with a strategic range of partners to help promote craft to the widest possible audience.

They produce a programme of high-level events for makers to showcase and sell their work directly to the public, run schemes to support both emerging and established makers and curators, and create conferences and seminars to encourage debate and share best practice.
